I would definitely be friends with Charlie Gordon and Fanny Girden. It is nevertheless very evident and apparant that this two characters are very kind-hearted and do not wish to harm anyone. Charlie Gordon, despite his abnormally low Intelligence Quotient (IQ) , has an extremely high Emotional Quotient (EQ). Therfore, on my opinion, he should be able to establish a good relationship with the people all around him. It is indeed a pity that Charlie has a low intelligence. The people around him, especially the people working with him in the factory, were very vicious and if one of them made a blunder, the rest of them would refer it as " to pull a Charlie Gordon". I hope he does make a lot of friends in the upcoming future. Nobody should really criticise his low intelligence as nobody wants to be made fun or taken advantage of.
On the other hand, Fanny was indeed more fortunate then Charlie Gordon, but she also has a heart of gold, which enables her to "set her mind on something and believe it no matter what the rest of the world proved" as Charlie Gorden has mentioned in the diary. Her perserverance is truly admirable and her kind-hearted personality would also defintely enable her to make a lot of friends too. She had also mentioned that" it was evil when Eve listened to the snake and ate from the tree of knowledge. It was evil when she saw that she was naked. If not for that we would not have to grow old ,sick and die" Indeed, she had voiced out her opinions and told Charlie that she disapproved Charlie's expulsiopn from the factory
I felt that the learning style test is enrching and also effective. It helps us to really understand ourselves and most importantly, our personilties better. In addition, it nevertheless allow us to comprehend our own weaknesses and flaws and enable us to try our best to overcome them. On the other hand, this meaningful exercise would allow us to understand our strong points better and allow us to further develop them to allow us to minimise our flaws and be a better man.
My best learning style is intrapersonal. Based on my understanding, intrapesonal meant that I fully understand my well-being, together with my strong points and weak points. Nevertheless, I am impressed by the effiency of the test as I somehow am intrapersonal. I am good in my mother-tongue, mathematics and my English. Nevertheless, I am playful and have a brutal vicious temper too. Therfore, I should try my best to overcome my flaws and develop my strong areas.
In conclusion, I realised that everyone has weaknesses and strong areas . Needless to say, it is a definite must to work on our flaws and change for the better. Of course, changing our bad habit is tedious and arduous, but we must try our best.

Narratives (2)

We were nevertheless introduced to a couple more stories:The Scarlet Ibis, The Lottery, Zebra and BB. They were all enriching stories and inculcated us with some virtues and values (well, except presumably "The lottery"). The love for stories now seemed intoxicating at me and I longed for my teacher to give us even new and interesting stories which have interesting plots, conflicts and story lines. Once again, we were required to discuss about it and the presence of the six essential factors in the story lines themselves. The whole class was nevertheless not at all bored, but enthusiastic as we contributed numerous ideas to the teacher and we, too, jotted down the notes and ideas the teacher herself had written on the whiteboard. The stories may Boldseem subtle, but they are definitely rich in content. I had reread the whole stories over and over again at home without feeling tired at all!! Now come to think of it, this is indeed a surprising fact for me!! I was nevertheless overjoyed and was motivated even more to buy more storybooks from the bookstores every now and then
Of course, we had indeed learnt a lot from this books. Hope the next lesson is just as enriching

Narratives

Finally, our teacher summarised everything we had acquired and gained through this process of learning about blogs. She had also warned us again from writing our personal information on our blogs and told us that now even the local authorities are even worried and concerned over teen blogging.
Now, our teacher introduced us to narratives, and gave us a brief introduction about it. A narrative is a story which can be written from a first, second or third point of view. To tell that if a piece of writing is a narrative, we must check if the writing has a story, a setting, characters, a plot, a conflict and last but not least a point of view. Now, we can finally know the textual type of the book we are reading. Our teacher gave us a story"Flowers Of Algernon"and ask us to analyse the story clearly, using the six factors of vital importance in a narrative story. We had a little discussion regarding the six factors and how are they present in the story itself. Needless to say, we participated actively in this event and many of us provided and contributed suggestions and answers to the teacher. "Flowers of Algernon" is a story about a low-intelligent man named Charlie Gordon who undergoes a operation to triple his intelligence. Before, he was ostracized by his friends and bullied by them, hence his teacher, Miss kinnian had recommended him for the operation. However, he was still dumped by his friends as they were jealous for his high IQ.

Our class journeyed on into the enthralling world of blogs and we realised that blogging are also, needless to say, attached with its own rules and regulation. In addition, any violation or infringement of these rules would cause one to face and suffered dire and definite consequences from his foolish and rash actions. We were shown a newspaper article which shows a blogger arrested and heavily convicted for allegedly posting racist comments on the Internet. The suspect had wound the religious and racial feelings of a certain race just by observing a man of a race sitting on the floor of an MRT train. Indeed, he was wrong to do so even though the fact that "his blog only had a hit of 20 hits per day". He had not known the severity of his action and had nevertheless learned it the hard way. Some things cannot be retracted and should not be written down in the first place. The suspect had really needs to grasp the fact6 that such offensive remarks should not be allowed on the blog.
Offensive and vulgaritves are nevertheless not allowed in blogs too as they might depict and portray a bad impression of the blogger himself. Hnece we should really be mindful of what we write.

my first english literature lesson

Today's literature's lesson was nevertheless very enriching and beneficial to my classmates and me, as we evaluated different types of blogs. In addition, we had noted the difference between blogs and journals. Journals may be private and confidential to the writer alone, hence personal information could be provided in the journal itself. On the other hand, blogging is well-publicised and updated with a regular basis in the Internet for anyone in the world to view, hence it could be accessed easily, therefore personal information are advised not to be revealed and placed there. Also, we underwent a "diagnostic test-blogging", a small survey conducted so as to see if we got what it takes to be a good blogger. We were asked to make a blog dedicated to only literature so as to experience on how to be a good blogger. Several enthusiastic students immediately started blogging aboout their lesson. We had indeed a whale of a time, and at the same time, a very enriching expierence
